1/2 | cup | (2 ounces) Gruyere or Swiss cheese, shredded | |
|
|||
1 | package | (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | apricot preserves | |
|
|||
2 | ounces | (1.55 oz.) milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces | |
|
Lightly spray one side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Stir together shredded Gruyere (or Swiss) cheese and cream cheese; spread evenly over the unsprayed sides of three tortillas.
Top with preserves and chocolate pieces. Top with remaining tortillas, sprayed sides up.
Heat a heavy skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook quesadillas, one at a time, about 1 to 2 minutes per side or until chocolate melts. Cut each quesadilla into four wedges.
